Brief Introduction:
3,8-dihydroxy-6H-dibenzo[B,D]pyran-6-one is also called urolithin A. Research reports have found that a substance called urolithin A (Urolithin A) in pomegranates and other fruits may help slow down specific aging processes by improving the function of cell mitochondria; no risk. Research has shown that urolithin A stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis in the same way that regular exercise does, and is the only compound that can re-establish cellular recycling of defective mitochondria.
Description:
Urolithin A is a natural product with antiproliferative and antioxidant activities. Urolithin A is metabolized from polyphenols in some nuts and fruits, especially pomegranates. Urolithin A has been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier and may be neuroprotective in Alzheimer’s disease.
Effects:
1) Enhancing muscular endurance in the elderly;
2) Helping lose weight;
3) Anti-inflammatory;
4) Improving metabolic diseases
